Clinton D. Banbury, B.A., LL.B.
Clint, originally from Saskatchewan having attended university in Regina, Toronto and graduating from law school in Ottawa, has carried on a solicitor’s practice in Georgetown since 1977 in the core areas of the practice including real estate, corporate, commercial and business law, together with wills, powers of attorney and estates.
Ashley J. Banbury, B.A. (Hons.), J.D.
Ashley graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2018. During her second year, she was selected to participate in the school’s acclaimed International and Transnational Law Intensive Program where she gained valuable legal experience interning at the United Nations Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals in the Hague. In her third year, one of her papers won the Ursel Phillips Fellows award.
Ashley was called to the Ontario Bar in 2019 and joined her uncle at Banbury Law in early 2020, and now focuses on the firm’s areas of practice, including real estate, wills, powers of attorney and estates. In her spare time, she is often out walking around Georgetown with her rescue dog, Ranger.
